Dr. Pawan Goel

Dr. Pawan Goel is a Consultant Endocrinologist practising in North and West Delhi, with eight years of experience in the diagnosis and long-term management of hormonal and metabolic disorders.

He completed his MBBS at Maulana Azad Medical College, University of Delhi, followed by MD in Internal Medicine at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, and DM in Endocrinology at the Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI), Lucknow — one of India's leading centres for endocrine care.

Before entering full-time clinical practice he served as Assistant Professor of Endocrinology at SGPGI Lucknow and at LLRM Medical College, Meerut, where he taught and supervised postgraduate trainees alongside his clinical work.

His practice covers Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, thyroid disease, PCOS, obesity and weight management, metabolic bone disease, and pituitary and adrenal disorders. He works extensively with modern diabetes technology, including continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and insulin pump therapy, and places particular emphasis on individualised treatment plans that combine medication with realistic lifestyle change.
